I'm an MD doing residency and need solid supplements to help my sleep count when I can get it. When my old go-to sleep aid (fade out by redcon) became inconsistent and formulas changed with corner-cutting and cost-saving, I found this supplement online while searching. It's been a much better supplement, and helps my 4.5 hours feel closer to 8. Helps me go to and stay asleep without grogginess in the morning, and tastes fine. A little clumsy, so definitely need a blender ball for this one, no spoon mixing here. I'm on my third bottle and quite pleased. Well priced for the product quality.

Seeing positive effects using the fat burner pre workout. Increase in energy and focus, but not to an extreme.

I’ve been taking field rations for a few weeks now. I’ve noticed I have more energy during the workouts now. I just sip the field rations as I train to get the sustained energy from the field rations. This will definitely stay in my training protocol.

Been really liking QRF 3-in-1 Liver Support from Troponin. It basically condenses what I was already doing into one product: NAC, TUDCA, and milk thistle in a single daily serving instead of juggling three different bottles. Those are pretty much the “big three” for liver support, especially if you’re running PEDs or just training hard and want some extra coverage, and Troponin actually doses them like they matter instead of sprinkling in label fairy dust.

I’m 6’1” 195 lbs and the large fit me perfectly. I like a better fitting lifting shirt as opposed to a pump cover so this shirt fits the bill. Very soft material and the V neck add a different look

You feel this pre-workout but not in a jittery way, you get massive pumps and smooth energy throughout your workout. Just be careful, I think your skin may actually split if you do too much volume!
