Just what I need to power through my training

Having this excel spreadsheet sheet really takes the guess work out of it. I have purchased both at this point one for off season and one for prep and they are both excellent. I would recommend this to anyone looking to get the most out of their diet and nutrition.

I only take pre workout when I need an extra kick.

I'm an MD doing residency and need solid supplements to help my sleep count when I can get it. When my old go-to sleep aid (fade out by redcon) became inconsistent and formulas changed with corner-cutting and cost-saving, I found this supplement online while searching. It's been a much better supplement, and helps my 4.5 hours feel closer to 8. Helps me go to and stay asleep without grogginess in the morning, and tastes fine. A little clumsy, so definitely need a blender ball for this one, no spoon mixing here. I'm on my third bottle and quite pleased. Well priced for the product quality.
