Use it on my high carb days. Absolutely works as advertised

Eating around 3.5k calories a day 2 protein shakes involving 50 carbs then have 2 heavy carb meals, post workout 150 carbs take 2 GDA’s and final meal being around 250 carbs and take 3-4 GDA’s wait 10-15 mins and shove the calories down. Definitely helps with the carb absorption and nutrient intake the sodium caprate is the biggest help thank you guys!
