In Jan of 2024 my fasting blood sugar levels were up to 102 and I wanted to get them down. I started taking Suppressor Max and cleaned up my diet and now those levels are down as low as 83 on my recent blood test. This product works but remember nothing works unless you do too!

Use it on my high carb days. Absolutely works as advertised

Eating around 3.5k calories a day 2 protein shakes involving 50 carbs then have 2 heavy carb meals, post workout 150 carbs take 2 GDA’s and final meal being around 250 carbs and take 3-4 GDA’s wait 10-15 mins and shove the calories down. Definitely helps with the carb absorption and nutrient intake the sodium caprate is the biggest help thank you guys!
