Hit The Rack - Night Time Recovery

I was having trouble sleeping due to higher stress in my life at the moment, I’ve heard such good things about this product and it most certainly delivers!

I absolutely love this product. Definitely helps me get a deeper sleep which will 100% boost recovery. I just wish it had more servings, but excellent product you probably will not find another like it.

Haven’t notice any difference in the sleep data on my whoop, and nothing notable subjectively.

Don’t know if I can write that but one scoop 10 minutes before bed has me out like a light and I only wake up once to pee then straight to bed. Must have whether its prep or the offseason

This is the only thing that puts me and keeps me asleep. Even helps when calories are very low and I would normally wake up hungry
