TroponinIQ builds your training program from the ground up based on who you actually are. When you start a conversation, TroponinIQ asks the right questions: What are your goals — hypertrophy, strength, contest prep, recomp, general fitness? How many days per week can you realistically train? How long are your sessions? What equipment do you have access to? Do you have any injuries, movement restrictions, or body parts that need special attention?
From there, it generates a complete training program tailored to your answers. Not a template with your name pasted on top — an actual program designed around your individual constraints and objectives.
What Your Program Includes
• Full weekly split design — TroponinIQ determines the optimal training split for your schedule and goals, whether that’s a push/pull/legs rotation, an upper/lower split, a body-part specialization approach, or something entirely custom.
• Exercise selection with intent — Every exercise is chosen for a reason. TroponinIQ considers muscle fiber orientation, joint angles, strength curves, and your available equipment to select movements that maximize the stimulus for each muscle group.
• Sets, reps, and progression schemes — Volume, intensity, and rep ranges are prescribed based on your training experience and goals. Whether you need undulating periodization for a powerlifting meet or progressive overload for hypertrophy, the programming is specific.
• Rest period recommendations — Rest intervals are prescribed based on the energy system being targeted and the goal of each exercise, not arbitrary guesses.
• Warm-up and activation protocols — Custom warm-up sequences based on the movements you’ll be performing that day, including mobility work for any known restrictions.
Adapts as You Progress
Your program isn’t static. As you report results — lifts going up, body composition changing, energy shifting — TroponinIQ adjusts your programming. Stalling on a lift? It modifies the approach.
