We have a 24-hour return policy from the time of receipt of your product. All clothing and e-book sales are final and non-returnable.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective or damaged or if you received the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items, clothing, or gift cards. We do not issue refunds for e-books. 

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have. Once the return is accepted, we'll ship out the exchange product within the next 1-2 business days.
