I don’t notice any different with the “time release” claim but I definitely like the flavor and the digestibility of this powder.
Recently ordered some clothes and also tried WTF pre workout for the first time. It worked the way I needed it to. Energy was good and sustained, pump was there, nuff said. After lifting for more than 40 years, Ive used just about everything on the shelf. I would advise others who find themselves trying to sort through the supplement noise to try this supplement line. Quality.

Kinda long story, but the background is important. Around 10 years ago I hurt my shoulder benching and overhead pressing heavy. Had a bone spur, that caused a supraspinatus tear as well as distal clavicluar osteolysis. Before my surgery my ortho recommended a short course of high dose NSAIDs . Pre op labs showed my creatinine around 1.7 which is HIGH. Turns out the NSAIDs really affected my kidneys. Eventually they kind of recovered and my baseline creatinine was between 1.3-1.45. Last year was taking creatine bc it supposedly the best thing since sliced bread . Labs showed my creatinine up around 1.65 so I freaked out and got off it . Started taking renal reset by Troponin nutrition and my creatinine is down to 1.11 which is AMAZING . I’m sure the creatinine caused a case elevation. But… even if my baseline creatinine was 1.35… now at 1.11… I’m thrilled ! I even trained the day before my labs , nothing crazy but it was 5 sets of heavy squats and 5 sets of heavy RDL’s. Couldn’t be happier . I now subscribe monthly . TY so much Justin and team Troponin !
