I have been lifting for 42 years and started using supplements early in life, around the 80s.
So I know when a supplement is making a difference or not as my body has been exposed to many supplements. In particular I feel stronger while using Field Rations. I am objectively stronger, as I can left heavier or the weights previously used just feels lighter.
Also as an older lifter I noticed I don’t quite get a “ pump ” like I used to and Field Ration help me get a better pump.
This is after only my first week or two of using it. I would definitely recommend.
