I’ve been using WTF as a pre w/o for the last several months. Over the years, I think I’ve tried all the pre-w/o’s in the biz. I train in the morning and I drink several cups of coffee before going to the gym. So, my pre-w/o needs to have so more lift/stim. WTF gives me that edge on my drive to the gym. I’m ready body and mind for a hard training session when I arrive. I call it “the extra edge”.
