Don’t know if I can write that but one scoop 10 minutes before bed has me out like a light and I only wake up once to pee then straight to bed. Must have whether its prep or the offseason

This is the only thing that puts me and keeps me asleep. Even helps when calories are very low and I would normally wake up hungry

I've been on hgh and my hands wake me up every night from falling asleep on me. Since taking this I don't wake up in the middle of the night anymore. Granted when I finally wake up, half my arm is asleep lol but the REM sleep I get is worth it. My wife so takes it and doesn't go to sleep without drinking her "mud water" as she calls it. Wish I was sponsored just for this product alone.
