This ebook was full of useful education. I found that I can listen to a two hour podcast and take about about 20 minutes worth of knowledge I can apply to either my training, nutrition, of just bodybuilding in general. Typically the biggest portion of knowledge comes from the listeners questions. Sure not every question directly impacts me, but a lot of them do. I really enjoyed the Q and A format, this was super helpful, without all the small talk that comes with a podcast, even though a lot of that is still helpful.

This book not only explains a lot about nutrition, it also gives advice on little changes. Depending on the person's diet, these changes can make a big difference over time.
