Clean focus and energy and only use half a serving at a time

So I use this right before I workout so I don't have an empty stomach and it has noticeably made a difference in getting through long workouts(90-120 minutes). Feel stronger and have the energy to get through the workout.

I’ve been using ATP about an and besides the energy it’s helped so much with brain fog. It’s helped me keep focused and alert. Highly recommend.

I mostly use ATP fasted in the morning and do my step mill training. I’ve used it for weight training too. The training session feels better with good focus and energy without jitters. It is different from black coffee thats for sure lol. It’s a tablet and not a powder which I thought was good because its pre measured thus not a risk of incorrect dosing. Sometimes I just chew it up instead of using it with a water bottle which is fun. I bought the bottle originally to support Justin’s new product launch, but I’d buy it again when I run out because its a unique product.

This was recommended by my coach as an intra and I was skeptical until I started to use it. It definitely fuels me through the longer workouts. I ordered a case so I’m good until next year. So far all of the supplements I use from Troponin have been top notch.
