Anything from troponin never disappoints. You can tell by the creatine texture lesser clumps. Very easy to scoop out

I started lifting weights in the late 80’s/early 90’s during which I was told that I, too, could look like Haney, Gaspari, Labrada, etc., if I used the expensive, but ultimately useless, supplements being peddled.

ATP is a great product. It heightens focus and provides a much needed boost for early morning workouts. I like to take a double dose on leg days, which I continue to hate but find to be more productive with the recent inclusion of ATP.
