I’ve struggled with sleep most of my life and have tried every sleep aid available over the counter and prescription.
I thought, “what the hell…let’s give this one a try.”
The first night I took it, I slept 6.5 hours straight through. And since then, I’m on my 4th container, I’ve slept at least that time length but more importantly wake feeling rested.
This product as well as the entire product line have not only helped improve my training but I’m more productive throughout the day.

I didn't like having to custom mix my intra-workout shake. Troponin and Jon Heck made it so I can just scoop and go. Flavor is great and it mixes perfectly in water by the time I'm at the gym. Big fan of this.
