The formula used for the WTF Pre is nice. Smooth energy, good recovery, and a slow come down on the back end. Hits hard up front. Nice work. Only gripe keeping it from a 5 star, is the flavor is a bit muted. Nice taste and not bitter, but need a flavor boost.
I’ve been taking field rations for a few weeks now. I’ve noticed I have more energy during the workouts now. I just sip the field rations as I train to get the sustained energy from the field rations. This will definitely stay in my training protocol.
Been really liking QRF 3-in-1 Liver Support from Troponin. It basically condenses what I was already doing into one product: NAC, TUDCA, and milk thistle in a single daily serving instead of juggling three different bottles. Those are pretty much the “big three” for liver support, especially if you’re running PEDs or just training hard and want some extra coverage, and Troponin actually doses them like they matter instead of sprinkling in label fairy dust.
