I normally don’t do focus products, but even taking half a serving of this, you immediately feel it working; and feel focused and driven the whole day. Not only does it help with focus, but you feel this sense of well-being and drive to get things done. It’s hard to explain, but you will definitely knock out your to-do list by lunchtime and start coming up with new tasks to do at work and around the house because you get so much done. I actually ended up painting three parts of my house and replacing a sink that I had put off for years. Trust me… it works …. Almost too well .
I’m a pre workout junkie and have tried almost everything under the sun. WTF pre has topped them all. The ingredient dosages are on point. I’m a stim junkie so I take a little bit more than the serving size but it doesn’t take me over the edge. Pumps are awesome and the focus/energy are very well balanced!
Overall great program. Nothing crazy here, but very complete and stays with the basics. I like how Justin leaves the “warm up sets” to you and just gives you what matters. My wife likes lifting and loves the program. I think it’s not overwhelming with tons of movements. You can shut up and get after it and be done in an hour no matter the day. Definitely a nice change of pace for me. I look forward to the lifts and to see the “PR” sets increase!
