The old mix was more bitter, but it dissolved completely.
The new mix is less bitter, but it's gritty.
I prefer the bitter flavor to the gritty texture.
Still works, though.
Just not sure paying $2 per serving is worth it anymore.

I'm an MD doing residency and need solid supplements to help my sleep count when I can get it. When my old go-to sleep aid (fade out by redcon) became inconsistent and formulas changed with corner-cutting and cost-saving, I found this supplement online while searching. It's been a much better supplement, and helps my 4.5 hours feel closer to 8. Helps me go to and stay asleep without grogginess in the morning, and tastes fine. A little clumsy, so definitely need a blender ball for this one, no spoon mixing here. I'm on my third bottle and quite pleased. Well priced for the product quality.

This stuff definitely works.Kept me asleep all night. I can never sleep on cycle but this stuff did the trick.

the taste was pretty rough. i couldn’t finish even the first dose of it. i probably won’t be able to use any of the bottle i got unfortunately

Hit the rack is a massive help in making sure I don't just go to sleep, but stay asleep even in the depths of prep for a show. Highly recommend it!
